Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days via email: info@thelashmi.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thelashmi.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thelashmi.com.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
TheLashMi do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For customers outside the United Kingdom
The final amount does not include taxes or duties. Taxes and duties including VAT ARE the customer’s responsibility and NOT covered by LASHMI. These will be accessed at time of delivery by your local carrier. Failing to do so may result in returning the item to the sender. Following this you will be charged the postage fee which becomes non refundable. You will only receive a refund of the value of the product.
